Company and it´s activity

The joint stock company S - projekt plus was established on 1 January 1995. The company is considered to be the direct successor to the three year activity of the joint stock company S - projekt Zlín and previously the more than thirty year tradition of the company Stavoprojekt Zlín in the field of design activity, including compiling territorial planning documentation and engineering assurance. The joint stock company has its headquarters at tř. T. Bati 508 in the town of Zlín.

This part of the joint stock company has provided a very large spectrum of structures – including administrative buildings; residential and commercial structures (department stores, markets); structures for services (hotels, restaurants); through structures for the financial sector (banks, savings banks, insurance companies); to health care facilities (hospitals, medical centers) and spa baths; school structures (all kinds and types of schools); sports facilities (sports halls, sports premises, covered swimming pools); as well as structures for production and services. The joint stock company compiles documentation for all kinds of engineering networks (sewerage, water main, gas pipelines, heat distribution pipelines, low voltage and high voltage distribution lines, electrical distribution lines for public lighting, weak current) and various technical objects (wastewater treatment plants, water reservoirs, pump stations, transformer stations, boiler rooms, heat exchange stations, gas regulation stations) and all kinds of roads (except railways). As needed, it also compilesdocumentation for all designs for interiors and internal furnishings. In addition, the firm also provides for reconstruction, additional construction and major repairs including civil and technical surveys. Long term experience, together with professional complexity and sufficient capacity enables the company to react to investor requirements within extraordinarily short periods.
